Shipping Policy

In 1 to 2 business days, your order will be shipped. The delivery time frame may vary depending on the courier partner’s requirements.

All orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days in metros and 4 to 7 business days in the rest of India, though delivery times may vary depending on specific shipping addresses and other factors such as public holidays, political events, extreme weather conditions, and other unavoidable circumstances.

You may track your orders using the courier tracking number you’ll be given once your order is verified.

Before packaging and giving it over to the courier company, we always complete a Pre-shipment inspection on all orders. This is done so that the final product may be checked before being sent to you.

Exchange/Refund Policy

Return policy

  1. We provide an Easy Exchange on all of our footwear within a 48-hour return period, except for our SALE, COMBO, B1G1 offer footwear, which cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced unless it has a defect in quality. 
  2. Different from what you have ordered.
  3.  If the product has some manufacturing defect.

Other than the reasons mentioned above, we do not offer returns. The delivery fees will be subtracted before we credit the remaining money to your wallet, gift card, or account.

Exchange Policy

  1. If the product’s size is a problem for you, you can send it and exchange it for a different size of the same item by just paying the shipping costs.

More information on your product:

  1. Our artisans put their heart and soul into every one of our goods. We also take care to provide images of the products from all angles, frequently with some common objects inside, to give you the greatest understanding of the size and dimensions of the product.
  2. To help you get a good sense of the finished item, we also provide you with an enlarged picture of the fabric and other materials of footwear such as leather, and velvet.
  3. Every product undergoes a thorough Quality Check before being dispatched via our delivery partners
